Frequently asked questions
The questions our customers ask most often, answered straight. If yours isn't here, just call us.
Tracking
Enter your bill number on the tracking page — nothing else is needed. You can reach it from the Track Order button at the top of any page. The status updates automatically as the consignment is scanned along its route.
It is printed on the receipt given to you at booking, and included in any confirmation message we send. It is usually a 5-digit number.
Not necessarily. Shipments often show no new scans while in transit between countries or waiting for customs clearance, which can take several days. If there has been no movement for more than a week, call us and we will chase the carrier directly.
Tracking details remain visible for 30 days after delivery. After that, contact us and we can look up the record for you.
Shipping
Air freight is typically 2–5 working days and international courier 3–7 working days, depending on destination and customs. Sea cargo runs in weeks rather than days. These are typical ranges, not guarantees — customs can add time in any country.
By the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (the space the parcel occupies), plus the destination. Send us dimensions and weight and we will quote before you commit.
Yes. Call before the daily cut-off and we collect the same day within our service area.
Yes. We prepare the export documentation and advise on what the destination country requires. Any duties or taxes charged by the destination are payable by the receiver.
Prohibited items
Dangerous goods are refused on all courier services — explosives, flammable liquids, loose lithium batteries, corrosives, currency and valuables among them. The Prohibited Items page has the full list with explanations.
It depends entirely on the destination. Medicines often need a prescription copy and are banned outright in some countries; food rules vary widely. Check with us before packing.
Customs or the carrier may hold, return or destroy it. Return freight and any penalty are charged to the sender, and prohibited goods are not covered by compensation. Always declare contents honestly at booking.
Support
Check the tracking first — most delays show as a customs or transit scan. If tracking has not moved for over a week, call us with your bill number and we will raise it with the carrier.
Basic carrier liability applies to every consignment. For higher-value goods, ask about additional cover at the time of booking — it cannot be added after despatch.
Sometimes, if the shipment has not yet left the origin country. Contact us as soon as possible — the earlier you ask, the more likely it is possible.
